The dock levelers are several type:

1. Dock leveler type Classic

Seals the space between the transport vehicle and the door of the storehouse through its three curtains, made of fire-resistant, temperature variations resistant and UV resistant PVC material. The compression seal Classic is appropriate for all types of storehouses and production premises by protecting them from the effect of external weather conditions like wind, rain, dust, insects etc. The seal reduces the heat losses to 80%.

2. Dock leveler type Pillow

Seals the space between the transport vehicle and the door of the storehouse through its three sides (pillows), made of high-quality PVC material, and filled with high-dense foamed polyurethane. This type of seal is appropriate for equal-tempered (temperature regulated) premises.

3. Dock leveler type Inflatable

Seals the space between the transport vehicle and the door of the storehouse through pillows, “Accordion” type, which for less than 30 seconds after the parking of the vehicle seal its rear part with the assistance of two air blowers, which inflate the system in order to provide perfect sealing between the two surfaces. This type of compression seal is appropriate for low-temperature storehouses and premises, clean rooms and all other premises, which have high requirements for prevention of outside influences – air, dust and humidity.
